• Question: Who supported you the most when you wanted to be a scientist and who didn’t support you?

      Pretty much everyone was supportive. One teacher thought I should study humanities but at that point I was determined to go into science.

      My teachers at school were very supportive. I don’t think anyone didn’t support me, which was nice!

      I’m in the last year of my PhD and I’m being very well supported by my friends and my family, even though my mum doesn’t understand exactly what I do 🙂

      I can’t think of anyone who wasn’t supportive – maybe I’m lucky!?
