      At the moment I’m interested in how the genes in our DNA can cause a kind of blood cancer called MLL leukemia which is particularly bad in children. I want to see whether we can edit genes (turn them on or off) to help treat cancer.

      I used to work on making DNA – the first step to creating new life!
