      This is a really good question! 1: eat a healthy diet, lots of omega 3 oils (which are in fish, nuts and flaxseed). 2: Don’t smoke, it is a risk factor for rheumatoid arthritis. 3: Try not to be obese, which might also be a risk factor. Apart from that, about 50% or more of the risk is in your genes, which you can’t do anything about.
