      Well, the main organs of the immune system are:
      Bone marrow: Where many of the immune cells are made
      Thymus (just behind the breast bone): A special place where T cells mature
      Lymph nodes: the ‘meeting places’ of immune cells
      Lymphatic vessels: The roads which lead to the lymph nodes from the body
      Spleen: Special place full of immune cells which filters the blood looking for bacteria, and takes out old red blood cells
      Liver: produces many important molecules found in the blood which are important for the immune system
