      No, not all bacteria is bad. Im sure you have heard of good/friendly bacteria or probiotics in food boosting your natural bacteria in your gut. You actually have trillions of bacteria in your body they outnumber your own cells 10 to 1. Therefore if we live with that about of bacteria in us and they don’t cause us harm. These bacteria beak down certain foods and can also fight invading microbes. So not all bad

      No not at all! In fact, many bacteria are needed for healthy digestion, and to help keep the bad bacteria at bay, by competing with them for space and nutrients.
