Question: have you ever caused a patient cancer using radioactive methods?

No, certainly not personally, because I don’t work on people and I don’t use radiation doses that are likely to cause cancer.
But if you look into history, there are example of people getting cancer from radiation. Marie Curie, who was a pioneer in working with radioactivity, died of a cancer that was probably due to radiation.
