• Question: Do you have a job that requires you to sit down all day?

      Hi Sasha. I am at a desk job so I do sit a lot, I’m afraid! I try and move around as much as possible though. I do have a lot of meetings and events where I am out of the office, and on those days, you can be on your feet all day.
