• Question: Can heyfever cause nose bleeds?

      If you have particularly bad episodes of sneezing, or blow your nose too often and too hard, you might irritate the lining inside your nose, and that could lead to nose bleeds.

      Yes I believe so! If you have inflammation in your nose from hayfever, this can cause the blood to flow to this area more, which means the blood vessels are swollen. If you then blow (or pick) your nose this can break these blood vessels causing nose bleeds.
