• Question: What makes a person immune to various diseases?

      They can be immune for a number of reasons. They may have had a vaccine which means they wont be affected by a particular disease, the body may have experienced the condition before and already have memory cells which will produce antibodies. Genetically they may not have a response to a particular disease
