There is a lot of information about which foods are good at boosting the immune system, and ‘superfoods’ are always in the news.
Personally, I think that having a varied diet (not eating too much of one food, having lots of different foods – “eating a rainbow”) is more important than concentrating on one particular type of food. I also think that making sure you don’t have too much sugar is important, as high blood sugar levels can affect the immune system. Also, getting regular exercise is certainly good for the immune system!

Haha! Very good question. Maybe a bit of exercise, meeting mates, a glass of wine, that sort of thing 🙂
