Many organs contain several types of immune cells, especially the ones that have contact with the “outside” environment, such as your skin and guts. You’ll find dendritic cells and macrophages there.

When there’s inflammation going on, you’ll have various types of cells arriving in turns to do their jobs. For example, if you have a lung infectionm neutrophils arrive quickly, to kill anything foreign like microbes. If instead you have an asthma attack, in many cases it will be eosinophils. Macrophages normally take over and clean up afterwards (if things go well).
