  I wouldn’t say I’ve ever cured someone that couldn’t be cured, but we once had a patient who had pain all over, and we couldn’t work out why. All the doctors thought that it might be something she would have to live with (called fibromyalgia). Then, we checked a level of a hormone called cortisol and it was really low. When we started to give her cortisol replacement, she got better – amazing!
